My recommendation: Plain water and reduced-fat, plain milk should be the main drinks for children over two years of age. Adults may add coffee and teas also. Energy drinks should be avoided, fizzy drinks kept for special occasions, and juices, along with nut and sugar-laden smoothies, drunk with some caution.
