Fitspo N. How I beat High Cholesterol and Keep Fit

How and why does Ann keep fit, and look good ?  N. does cardio & jogging once a week, but found out later that she has a hidden high cholesterol problem. She Immediately stopped eating eggs, and changed her work out routine to a daily weight training regime. What where the results, In 6 months, her cholesterol was in good shape again.


What does her meals look like ?

Breakfast is usually Oats, Milk, and a Banana, and lunch and dinner is usually lots of meat and lots of Carbo.


How often does she work out ?

Usually 3 times a week, 10 Minutes of cardio, 1 hour of weight training

What are her measurements ?

She has gone from weighing a trim 43 kg to a slender 41 kg, Height of 1.55 m, And is in the early 30’s.

Now, N. is trying to gain weight, by eating more proteins and eggs again.
