What happens to out fitness plan, when we eat a plate of nasi lemak ? How many steps are needed to burn of that plate ? The answer is it blows it away completely with 10,977 steps. This means that a single plate of Nasi Lemak is all you can eat for an entire day. Not Good.

A brief description of Nasi Lemak by wiki

Nasi Lemak is a very fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf typically found in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
The name comes from cooking the rice in coconut cream and then steaming it with pandan leaves slowly.
It comes garnished with sambal(fiery hot and spicy sauces), enhanced with small friend anchovies(ikan pilis), roasted peanuts) friend egg or boiled egg, and or squid or friend chicken.
