Pineapple Carrot Juice : The Anti-Inflammation Recipe

Pineapple SliceThis is one of my favourite juicers, all the benefits of carrot and pineapple with a nice bite of tangy pineapple.

Get the Juicer Ready !

3-4 Slices of Fresh Cut Pineapple
2-3 Carrots

Makes 1 large glass

Pineapple contains Bromelain which is an enzyme which helps reduce swelling and inflammation in the body. And this might just help prevent all sorts of illness caused by inflammation and it taste great !.
