Walk 2 Work, Reduce Obesity and Diabetes


Active modes of traveling to work, such as walking or biking, were associated with a lower likelihood of obesity and diabetes, U.K. researchers found.

This does make a big difference, although i drive to work, i try to get the equivalent of 6,000 step a day by the time i leave the office, as a result, i have become fitter and lost weight.


I did this with a fitbit to achieve this.
